Quality: International Standards

We have a set of strict standard system for quality control to meet International Standards. Each order will be followed and monitored from beginning to end by experienced QC inspectors to ensure quality standards and punctual delivery. Further more; we also welcome clients to monitor product quality by either personally visiting our factory or employing third party independent inspection companies.

1. Material selection: Before cutting the material on the machine, all of them must be inspected and selected First Choice materials by our inspectors carefully. And we make the code on each block and are sure to process eligible material on our machine.

2. When the material blocks were sent to machine, we adopt precision gang saw to cutting the blocks, and then do some cleaning, all products must be inspected and selected by our inspectors strictly and made the code on them. Then good quality products will be sent to shape` polish `carve or Letter & picture etching.

3. When polishing, it is adopted polishing machine entirely to kibbles and fine-polishing to attain the international level. There should be no grinding wheel marks on the polished face.

4. Quality Control:

  • The dimension tolerance is calibrated from ¡À0.5mm.
  • Polishing: Polishing will be uniform throughout the products and in gloss meter reads:
Polished degree is 95¡ãup,There should be no grinding wheel marks on the polished face.
  • Flaming: Flame will be uniform throughout the products and brushed evenly on products after flaming.
  • Unpolished Side: The unpolished side of the slab/tiles should be flat and smooth.
  • Crack, Edge Defect, Corner Defect: Not allowed for products.
  • Flatness Tolerances
A dimension in any direction on the surface shall determine variation from true plane, or flat surfaces. Such variations on polish, hone, and fine rubbed surfaces shall not exceed tolerances listed below or 1/3 of the specified joint width, whichever is greater. On surfaces having other finishes, the maximum variation from true plane shall not exceed the tolerance listed below or + 3 mm of the specified joint width, whichever is greater.
Polished, honed or fine rubbed finishes.. + 0.5 mm
    Sawn, Calibrated, 4-cut and 6-cut…. + 1 mm
  • Edges also can be chamfered / beveled. Chamfering removes whiteness and chipped edges. This looks very good. Chamfering is a simple process in which a polishing brick is run at an angle of 45¡ã(See sample photo).
